NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Eleventh Annual General Meeting of Cavmont Capital Holdings Zambia PLC will be held on Thursday 16th August 2010 at the Pamodzi Hotel, Church Road, Lusaka starting at 10:00 hours for the following purposes:
1.0 To confirm and sign the minutes of the 10th Annual General Meeting held on Friday 25th September 2009.
2.0 To receive and adopt the Financial Statements for financial year ended 31st December 2009.
3.0 To appoint auditors from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting and to authorise the Directors to fix their remuneration.
4.0 To authorize the Board to fix the remuneration of the directors.
5.0 To transact any such other business as may arise at the Annual General Meeting.
A member entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend, speak and, on poll, vote instead of him/her.
In order to be valid, the proxy must be deposited at the Registered Office of the Company not later than 48 hours before the appointed time for the holding of the meeting.
